Architect (m/f/d) Project Management LPH 5-8

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Architect to lead projects through phases 5 to 8 of service planning. The role is based at LMT3 Architekten in Munich, offering full-time onsite work with flexible hours and the opportunity to manage high-responsibility residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

As a project lead, you will act as the crucial coordinator between execution planning, tendering, awarding, and construction. You will manage planning processes and involved parties, develop practical solutions, and ensure quality, budget, and deadlines are maintained.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven extensive experience in execution planning and tender processes
• Excellent communication and confident interaction with clients
• Strong constructive and technical insight
• Solid knowledge of HOAI and VOB regulations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with specialist planners and contractors
• Organizational aptitude and solution-driven mindset
• Advanced skills in Archicad including 2D and 3D modeling
• Experienced in AVA and project management tools, preferably California and MS Project
• Fluent in German at minimum C1 level
