Role Overview

We are urgently seeking AR & Robotic Welding Trainees to join our team in Manesar, Gurugram. The position involves comprehensive training to develop skills in augmented reality and robotic welding technologies customized for modern manufacturing environments.

Training Program Details

15 days of classroom instruction focusing on cutting-edge AR and robotic welding techniques
Safety protocols and standard operating procedures training
Hands-on practical exposure on the shop floor

Compensation and Benefits

Total gross monthly salary (CTC): ₹23,917
Net monthly salary: ₹19,614
Salary components include ₹15,640 paid by SKH Metals Ltd. and ₹4,000 provided through the NATS Scheme
Additional incentive of ₹3,000 after two years of apprenticeship completion
Deductions cover insurance (₹78), uniform (₹276), and canteen facilities (₹949)
Perks such as subsidized meals, provided uniform, medical and safety insurance
Group mediclaim coverage up to ₹100,000 for self, spouse, parents, and two children
Group sum assured of ₹750,000

Candidate Requirements

Graduates or diploma holders from 2022 to 2026 batch
Eligible qualifications include Diploma Engineers in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Electrical, or related disciplines
Graduates holding B.Sc, B.Com, or B.A degrees are also eligible
B.Tech degree holders are not eligible
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
Age range: 18 to 24 years
Preference for candidates who can join immediately
