Overview
The Application Support Engineer role involves acting as a software detective to identify and resolve issues across various critical business systems. This position demands collaboration with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyze system behavior, and guarantee smooth application performance. Responsibilities include documenting solutions, supporting end users, and proactively maintaining and enhancing systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work independently and develop expertise as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Engage actively and contribute in team discussions.
- Provide effective solutions to work-related challenges.
- Support the development and deployment of new software features.
- Monitor system performance continuously and troubleshoot arising issues.
Professional and Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
- Familiarity with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
Additional Information
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development is required.
