Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and assess AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist teams in integrating AI solutions into their everyday tasks and workflows.
• Deliver training sessions and support related to AI technologies and their best uses.
• Track the performance of AI tools and suggest improvements for processes.
• Work closely with diverse teams to spot opportunities for automation.
• Keep abreast of the latest AI advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
• Help document AI-related procedures, workflows, and guides for users.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a relevant discipline is advantageous.
• Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or digital productivity technologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini is beneficial.
• High digital proficiency and eagerness to acquire new technical skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
• Must possess valid UAE Employment Visa or work authorization; candidates on visit or tourist visas are ineligible.
