Role Overview
The AI Strategy Manager position is part of the Corporate Strategy team, offering a hybrid work arrangement with up to 9 days per month for home and mobile work within Germany, based on full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Play an active role in shaping the future of DAW SE by significantly influencing the corporate AI strategy.
- Work closely with executive leadership, including direct interaction with the owner and board members, acting as the AI representative for management.
- Lead strategic AI initiatives and oversee the development and implementation of the AI strategy to enhance innovation and competitiveness.
- Engage across departments to advocate for AI, collaborate with business units to identify valuable use cases and opportunities for value creation.
- Join a highly motivated, strategy-focused team tasked with challenging assignments, high responsibility, notable visibility within the company, and rapid professional development.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in STEM fields such as Data Science, (Business) Informatics, or a related discipline.
- Several years of experience in AI-related areas, with a strong understanding of current technologies, trends, and applications.
- Experience analyzing complex AI markets and assessing market, business, and application potentials.
- Proven track record in successfully deploying AI solutions within corporate settings, and effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent communication skills, independent and proactive work approach, fluent English proficiency, and the ability to convey complex AI topics suitably for diverse audiences; industry knowledge is a plus.
