AI Engineer

Overview

We seek an AI Engineer to join our team in San Francisco, contributing to cutting-edge AI solutions within a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. This role requires a strong technical background and experience working in startup or early-stage B2B SaaS settings.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Design and develop machine learning and AI systems with a focus on agentic technologies such as multi-agent systems.
• Contribute broadly in an early-stage environment, from product ideation to implementation, leveraging entrepreneurial experience if applicable.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of three years’ experience building ML/AI solutions in leading tech companies.
• Prior roles in B2B SaaS startups or early-phase companies (0 to 1 stage), or equivalent experience demonstrated through advanced degrees.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science from a top 50 institution; Master’s or PhD in AI, ML, or related fields can reduce experience requirements.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience experimenting with agentic AI methods.
• Preferably previous entrepreneurial or early engineer experience in a startup environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of $200,000 to $250,000.
• Opportunity for competitive equity participation.
• Visa sponsorship available on a case-by-case basis.

Work Conditions

• Full-time position with mandatory onsite presence in San Francisco, 5 days per week.
