Aggregators Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Aggregators Specialist to oversee and expand our online food delivery channels throughout multiple platforms including Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Keeta, Noon Food, and several others. This full-time role is based in Dubai, UAE, and requires hands-on expertise specifically within the UAE F&B delivery sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily content management across all aggregator platforms by updating menus, pricing, product images, modifiers, combos, and promotional offers.
• Track and analyze sales performance, customer ratings, reviews, cancellations, and other order-related issues to maintain high platform standards.
• Collaborate proactively with kitchen, operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
• Design and implement promotional campaigns including discounts, bundles, and seasonal offers to boost online sales.
• Liaise with aggregator account managers to optimize banner placements, marketing campaigns, and platform visibility.
• Review data reports to spot trends and opportunities to enhance sales metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of competitor pricing, offers, and product trends within the UAE online food delivery market.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance of all product listings per platform guidelines, ensuring appealing presentation.
• Compile and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 3 to 4 years of UAE-based experience managing food delivery aggregator platforms, ideally in sectors like F&B outlets, bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, cloud kitchens, or Quick Service Restaurants.
• Proven expertise with aggregator platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Keeta, Instashop, Noon Food, or similar.
• In-depth understanding of menu optimization, promotional strategies, pricing models, and operational aspects of delivery platforms.
• Familiarity with integration tools like Deliverect, ChatFood, Shopify, or POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities, with strong organizational skills to handle multiple aggregator accounts simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain high accuracy under pressure.
