Advanced Hygiene Operative

Role Overview

As an Advanced Hygiene Operative at Samworth Brothers, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant facility, directly supporting food safety standards. This hands-on position focuses exclusively on hygiene-related tasks within the hygiene team; operating production lines is not part of the role.

Primary Duties

• Conduct thorough cleaning of factory premises, machinery, and equipment following production completion
• Apply cleaning chemicals responsibly and adhere strictly to hygiene protocols
• Complete cleaning logs and records accurately
• Report any damages, spills, or safety concerns promptly
• Ensure readiness of the site for inspections and audits

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in hygiene or food production environments
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to cleanliness
• Capability to follow clear instructions and established routines consistently
• Positive, eager-to-learn mindset
