Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator for Customer Operations to join our Stamullen, County Meath team on a permanent basis. This hybrid role provides essential administrative support to the Customer Operations department, ensuring smooth functioning at our Dublin sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain safety by adhering to safe work practices and promptly reporting any near misses to the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Department.
- Manage new account setup requests on JDE, including entering new addresses.
- Handle item code configurations for bulk materials, finished goods, and customer-supplied components.
- Process Bills of Materials (BOM) requests including creation of new BOMs and updates.
- Coordinate delivery bookings, including creation of order confirmations, and oversee collections.
- Generate packing lists and manual dispatch notes as necessary.
- Raise non-production sales orders (e.g., tooling, courier fees, QA documents) and submit for billing; issue order acknowledgments and forward to respective Project Managers for customer purchase order requests.
- Assist in the destruction process of obsolete bulk materials, packaging materials, and in-process waste when required.
- Create order acknowledgments for production batches and ensure these are distributed to appropriate Project Managers for customer communication.
- Undertake any other administrative duties contributing to the company’s goals as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- Between 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Ability to follow clear objectives, communicate effectively, and ensure tasks are completed within set deadlines.
- Competency in prioritizing multiple tasks and managing workloads efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, displaying a proactive and dynamic approach.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as per business demands.
- Team player with adaptability and cooperative working style.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in interfacing with clients.
- Previous work within GMP or other regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools aimed at continuous improvement.
Additional Requirements
- Responsible for adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Health & Safety regulations, GMP, and other regulatory requirements individually and in overseeing team compliance.
