About the Role
HiStar Interactive Pte. Ltd. is looking for a meticulous and diligent Accounts Payable Clerk to become a part of their team in Central Singapore. This position primarily focuses on various financial operations critical to the company's accounting processes. Candidates with 1-2 years of accounting experience, ideally within the gaming or internet sectors, are preferred. However, highly capable recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily cash flow activities including receipt, disbursement, and accurate recording of all cash transactions.
- Execute daily banking functions such as deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations, and maintain effective communication with banking institutions.
- Process invoices by generating and receiving them, ensuring proper documentation maintenance and accuracy.
- Assess and process employee expense claims, ensuring adherence to company policies and timely transactions.
- Maintain financial records diligently, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and entered promptly into the financial system.
- Carry out other financial and administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required.
- Between one to two years of experience in accounting is preferred; exceptional fresh graduates may also apply.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential, with strong skills in speaking, reading, and writing to support business communications and daily operations.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and time management skills are necessary to manage financial and administrative tasks efficiently.
