Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Accounts Executive with over 10 years of experience, ideally from the stock broking sector, to join our team located in Daryaganj, New Delhi. The candidate must hold a B.Com degree and demonstrate a strong foundation in accounting principles along with expertise in Tally, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain comprehensive books and records.
• Process payments to vendors and execute banking transactions promptly.
• Conduct detailed reconciliations for banks, clients, and ledgers to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain statutory data including GST and TDS related documentation.
• Organize vouchers, invoices, and all necessary supporting paperwork.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing procedures.
• Liaise effectively with auditors, banking institutions, and in-house departments.
• Generate accurate and timely Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Support share accounting along with Pay-In and Pay-Out processes when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant accounting experience with stable, long-term employment history.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is a compulsory qualification.
• Prior experience in the stock broking industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with share accounting and depository procedures is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and fundamental formulas.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities with keen attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines.

Working Conditions and Compensation

• Location: Daryaganj, New Delhi.
• Workdays: Monday through Saturday.
• Monthly Salary: Between ₹25,000 and ₹30,000, with a total CTC of approximately ₹30,000 and an in-hand pay around ₹26,400.
