Role Overview
Technocraft Industries is seeking a careful and dependable Accounts Assistant to help manage finance-related and administrative work. This position is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and involves routine accounting, record keeping, stock checks, and coordination with internal teams.
What You’ll Handle
- Prepare invoices in Tally and support day-to-day accounting operations.
- Keep purchase and sales records updated and organized.
- Assist with accounting files, documents, and other finance records.
- Carry out basic store reconciliation by matching stock records with purchase and issue entries.
- Work with the stores and production teams to keep inventory information accurate.
- Provide simple HR and office administration support, including employee records and attendance documents.
- Help with general administrative tasks as needed.
What the Role Calls For
The company is looking for someone who is detail-focused, organized, and comfortable coordinating with different departments. A working understanding of Tally, basic accounting concepts, and MS Excel is important for this role.
Additional Information
This is a monthly paid role with a salary range of INR 15,000 to INR 20,000.
