About Golden Stone Crusher
Founded in 2009, Golden Stone Crusher is a reputed manufacturer and supplier of premium construction aggregates across Maharashtra. Operating three plants near Pune (Nere, Chandkhed, Daund), the company specializes in GSB, Crushed Aggregates, P-Sand, and M-Sand, servicing road and infrastructure projects. The facility boasts modern crushing technologies, a fleet of 24 vehicles managed by 35 trained drivers using a Driver & Fleet Monitoring System, and a workforce exceeding 75 professionals. Monthly GSB production capacity reaches 70,000 MT with stringent quality checks at each production stage.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations utilizing Tally Prime software.
- Handle purchase and sales transactions, along with payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable and ensure accurate bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit GST, TDS, and other mandatory statutory filings.
- Compile monthly management information system (MIS) reports and maintain precise financial documentation.
- Reconcile inventory data with accounting records.
- Liaise with auditors and assist with payroll accounting processes.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of seven years' work experience in accounting with proficiency in Tally Prime.
- Strong command of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Comprehensive understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and capability to perform reconciliations effectively.
- Self-motivated with ability to maintain confidentiality and work autonomously.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing, construction, or stone crusher sectors.
- Applicants must possess hands-on experience specifically in Tally Prime; applications lacking this will not be considered.
- Fresh graduates are discouraged from applying.
Additional Information
Location: Nere Plant, Hinjawadi, Pune. Male candidates are preferred for this position.
Eligibility
Applicants should have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in any specialization.
