Overview and Job Duties
This role involves comprehensive management of the company's accounting functions on a daily basis. The accountant will ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and maintained while supporting statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date records of daily expenditures.
- Document all purchase transactions accurately.
- Record daily sales data consistently.
- Manage both receivables and payables effectively.
- Keep detailed cash book and bank book records.
- Continuously update accounting ledgers and books.
- Conduct bank statement reconciliations for accuracy.
- Validate bills, invoices, and vouchers systematically.
- Prepare and submit daily financial reports for review.
- Support statutory accounting tasks related to GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements.
- Liaise with management to provide financial updates and necessary documentation.
Remuneration
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 25000 to 28000 INR.
