Role overview
This position is responsible for driving sales and service delivery across an assigned territory for enterprise customers. The role acts as the primary business contact from Airtel for clients across Data services such as internet bandwidth, MPLS and cloud, along with Voice (postpaid), Broadband and Fixed Line offerings.
The goal is to grow customer market share and revenue market share in both existing and newly acquired accounts.
Key deliverables
- Meet targets for the installation and delivery of Data, Voice and Fixed Line services.
- Acquire new enterprise accounts for Data, Voice and Fixed Line solutions.
- Increase wallet share by selling multiple products to current and prospective customers.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline with prospects at different stages of readiness.
- Track competitor moves and market activity to gather useful business intelligence.
- Observe competitor offerings and plan sales actions for different customer segments.
Core responsibilities
- Own and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements that support revenue growth.
- Expand business through upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base.
- Coordinate timely delivery of solutions based on client requirements.
Profile
