Role Summary
This position represents a cornerstone for Sitemark's expansion into the Australian market. As the first commercial hire locally, you will spearhead market entry, identifying opportunities, cultivating relationships, and securing initial customers in a rapidly growing solar industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and establish Sitemark's presence across Australia by building pipelines and securing clientele from scratch.
- Qualify prospects and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Conduct persistent outreach and follow-ups to engage potential customers and arrange meetings.
- Present compelling proposals that clearly communicate Sitemark's value and benefits.
- Lead negotiations confidently to close agreements with enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Meet or surpass challenging revenue goals consistently.
- Represent Sitemark at industry conferences, events, and customer engagements nationwide.
Success Metrics (6–12 Months)
- Established a substantial and growing market footprint in Australia attributable to your efforts.
- Built a strong opportunity pipeline and closed the pioneering client deals.
- Regularly met or exceeded revenue objectives.
- Became a recognized and trusted figure within key Australian renewable energy circles and events.
Candidate Requirements
- Residency in Australia with native-level English proficiency and an understanding of local culture.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years proven success as a B2B sales hunter, consistently closing deals and exceeding targets.
- Highly self-motivated with proactive ownership and initiative to drive results independently.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Competitive, results-oriented mindset with resilience and strong drive to win business, not just manage accounts.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Australia to develop and expand business relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge of the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Additional language skills.
