Role Overview

This fully remote position offers the opportunity to join a high-performing, geographically flexible sales team based in Australia’s Eastern Seaboard. The role follows a consistent full-time schedule from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Candidates must have full Australian working rights and be located within this region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients using phone, email, SMS, video calls, and automatic dialler tools, dedicating approximately six hours daily to outreach.
  • Expertly manage calendars to secure appointments and follow up diligently, ensuring no potential lead is overlooked during a 14-day engagement cycle guided by an intuitive system.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive SaaS revenue and deliver outstanding results.
  • Invest time daily (about one hour) in training sessions, including team meetings, coaching, and call calibration, to enhance software knowledge and communication abilities.
  • Build meaningful relationships by understanding the goals and challenges of Australian business owners.

Candidate Profile

  • A proactive and growth-oriented individual with positivity and drive.
  • A passion for sales and a desire to help local businesses succeed and grow their own careers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at relationship building.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to adopt and understand new software systems.
  • Familiarity with basic business concepts and language.
  • Experience in call centers or corporate sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Committed to a full-time Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30am to 5:00pm AEST.
  • Must be based on the Australian Eastern Seaboard with valid work rights.

Important Information

This role requires consistent availability; part-time or remote-only from overseas arrangements are not supported. The team embraces flexibility in many ways but prioritizes alignment to core working hours and location.
