Key Responsibilities

• Engage residents in friendly conversations while attending to their room cleanliness
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of residents' rooms and en-suite bathrooms on a daily basis
• Ensure all rooms meet the required care and inspection standards
• Carry out cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Safeguard cleaning equipment and report any inadequacies
• Alert supervisors to damages, shortages, or disturbances promptly
• Handle reasonable complaints and requests with patience and professionalism
• Monitor and replenish consumable stock levels as necessary
• Adhere strictly to health and safety policies and company practices
