Role Overview

As a Product Manager at NetEase Games, you will take full ownership of product discovery and feature development for established internet platform products. This involves converting user feedback into product enhancements focused on delivering user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and feature planning to improve existing internet platform offerings based on user insights.
• Conduct research on global industry trends, uncover emerging market opportunities, and develop new products aimed at capturing additional market segments.
• Keep track of competitor activities to define product positioning, roadmap, and strategies to sustain market competitiveness.
• Analyze user feedback to identify primary user needs, driving continuous, iterative product optimizations.
• Devise and refine user growth strategies, supporting cross-functional teams with product promotion and brand awareness efforts.
• Monitor essential product data metrics to propose data-supported operational strategies for maximizing product value and market presence.
• Formulate and implement comprehensive monetization strategies to achieve steady revenue growth.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant experience in internet, gaming, or consumer technology sectors.
