ChatSpark, an innovative audio-first social networking platform that merges 1:1 voice chats with casual gaming, is seeking motivated Telecalling interns fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil. The company’s unique 'challenge & connect' model uses interactive games to ease users into conversations, encouraging natural and meaningful connections.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telephonic communication with potential clients.
- Convey detailed information about ChatSpark's offerings in Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate logs of calls and customer information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and continued interest.
- Coordinate with the sales team to help achieve targets.
- Continuously enhance personal communication skills and deepen understanding of product features.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be capable of working from home.
- Internship commencement must fall between August 8, 2026, and September 12, 2026.
- Availability for the full 3-month internship duration is mandatory.
- Candidates should possess the requisite language skills and a genuine interest in telecalling.
Compensation and Additional Information
- Monthly stipend ranging from 8,000 to 15,000 INR.
