Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates based on specific job criteria.
• Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess potential candidates.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment stages.
• Organize and update candidate records and recruitment tracking systems.
• Handle recruitment assignments across diverse industries.
• Develop knowledge of modern recruitment tactics, sourcing methods, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with your reporting manager to successfully fill open job roles.

• Although the base stipend is unpaid, a performance-based stipend is offered depending on successful candidate placements, ranging from INR 3000 to INR 10,000 monthly, with awards for top performers.
