About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience supporting the HR department with comprehensive recruitment and talent acquisition activities. Interns will engage in the full cycle of hiring processes including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Additionally, the internship involves drafting job posts, new joiner documentation, and preparing basic recruitment reports to support the talent management function.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source and screen candidate resumes effectively using various job portals and professional networks.
- Coordinate logistics for interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
- Maintain meticulous records of candidates and update recruitment tracking systems.
- Communicate with candidates regularly to provide interview updates and manage follow-ups.
- Help in drafting and publishing job descriptions for open positions.
- Document information related to new hires and onboarding procedures.
- Prepare routine recruitment reports and management information system (MIS) documents.
- Offer day-to-day assistance with HR and talent acquisition tasks as needed.
Who Can Apply
- Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Applicants should be able to begin the internship between 13th July 2026 and 17th August 2026.
- The internship duration is fixed at 3 months.
- Applicants must possess relevant skills and interest in recruitment and talent management.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging between INR 10,000 and INR 12,000.
- Earn a certificate of completion at the end of the internship.
