About the Internship

This internship involves taking on the role of a Social Media Strategist responsible for crafting monthly and campaign-specific social media strategies aligned with Kartavyam's advocacy and social initiatives. The intern will plan content calendars, analyze engagement metrics and audience growth, and identify platform trends to support awareness campaigns effectively. They will also offer strategic counsel to social media and content teams ensuring cohesive messaging that reflects the organization’s values and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to monthly and special campaigns.
• Create detailed content calendars that support Kartavyam's advocacy goals.
• Examine audience engagement, reach, and growth metrics to assess campaign success.
• Provide strategic guidance to social media managers and content creators.
• Spot and leverage platform-specific trends and opportunities.
• Design frameworks for digital awareness campaigns that educate and engage.
• Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and brand presence across channels.
• Evaluate performance results and suggest areas for optimization.
• Assist in managing sponsored or promotional digital advertising efforts.
