About the Internship
Join the Learning & Development (L&D) team to help design and organize employee training initiatives including New Hire Training (NHT), refresher sessions, process-oriented, and ad hoc programs. You will support trainers in various environments such as classroom, virtual, and field training, ensuring smooth delivery.
Your tasks will include preparing and maintaining training records, Management Information System (MIS) reports, trackers, and documentation that help track the performance of trainees. You'll assist in gathering and analyzing feedback and effectiveness data to improve training outcomes. This includes aiding in assessments, feedback collection surveys, and knowledge check evaluations.
Additionally, you'll contribute to employee engagement activities, workshops, and other L&D projects, supporting the overall development efforts within the company.
