Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and current clients to nurture leads and enhance sales conversion rates.
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients through consistent and tailored communication.
- Address client questions and concerns promptly, coordinating necessary solutions.
- Discover and cultivate new business avenues via cold calls, research, networking, and digital outreach.
- Assist in delivering product demonstrations, sales pitches, and promotional events to prospects.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to organize meetings, draft proposals, and finalize deals.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, lead progression, and sales activities using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Assess client needs to recommend appropriate products or services effectively.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by creating content, promotional materials, email marketing campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Track market movements, competitors’ actions, and customer feedback to spot new opportunities.
