EMIAC Technologies, a prominent content marketing agency with over 8 years of experience, is seeking a detail-focused Marketing Operations Intern. The internship provides immersive hands-on exposure to client communications, sales support functions, and operational marketing activities, aiding business growth through digital marketing workflows and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients primarily via email to maintain punctual and clear communication.
- Assist in gathering client requirements to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Support sales processes including lead handling, follow-up activities, and updating CRM databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely task completions.
- Generate reports and manage client data using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms.
- Monitor progress of campaigns and provide status updates to clients.
- Address basic client inquiries and escalate complications when needed.
- Maintain comprehensive records of communication and project updates.
- Establish and nurture positive client relationships through professional communication.
- Contribute to daily operational tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants should be either pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Must be prepared to commit to a full-time, in-office internship for six months, starting between July 14 and August 18, 2026.
- Only applicants residing in Jaipur are eligible to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs is required.
- Demonstrable organizational aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
- Should possess a proactive mindset and ability to learn quickly.
