About the Internship
The role of Influencer Marketing Intern is an onsite part-time position based in Warje, Pune, with flexible working hours of 6 hours per day from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday. This internship lasts for three months and offers a monthly stipend between INR 10,000 and INR 12,500.
Role Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist influencers that align with Art Therapy's focus on wellness and slow living.
- Create and send personalized outreach communications to potential influencers and follow up using tailored templates.
- Conduct onboarding calls, provide detailed campaign briefs, and manage collaboration agreements with creators.
- Oversee product dispatch logistics, track shipments, and monitor content delivery from influencers.
- Maintain comprehensive records and update tracking sheets for ongoing influencer collaborations.
- Ensure timely publication of influencer content and collect raw photos and videos for use.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce Instagram Reels and various social media materials.
- Build and maintain a database of influencers for future engagement opportunities.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available part-time and able to commence between July 16 and August 20, 2026.
- Candidates should be located in Pune and committed to a three-month internship duration.
- Relevant skills and interests in influencer marketing, social media, and creator collaboration are essential.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in influencer outreach, creator research, and campaign coordination.
- Proficiency in composing direct messages and email communications for outreach.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets including sorting, filtering, and basic formula use.
- Ability to create Instagram content and basic video recording using smartphones.
- Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and relationship management.
- Prior experience in community management or event coordination is advantageous.
- An active Instagram presence demonstrating awareness of current trends in creator content.
- Basic content creation experience with smartphones is a plus.
- Excellent written English skills; Hindi knowledge is beneficial.
- Capability to manage multiple conversations and follow up efficiently.
Additional Information & Benefits
- The stipend includes a fixed pay of INR 9,000 to 10,000 per month plus an incentive of INR 1,000 to 2,500 monthly.
- This internship offers a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
