About the internship
This is a full-time, on-site HR internship based in Pune with Osumare, a software development and digital marketing company serving 200+ clients worldwide. The role combines recruitment, coordination, office administration, employee engagement, external communication, and support work for senior leadership.
What you’ll do
- Publish job openings across multiple hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and take part in interview discussions.
- Support compensation discussions and salary negotiations.
- Work under the direct guidance of a manager.
- Help plan and run employee parties and team events.
- Manage day-to-day administrative support for the company.
- Support hiring activity and share daily updates for new locations under the expansion plan.
- Assist the director with ongoing tasks and coordination.
- Make cold calls when required.
- Arrange meetings and appointments for the sales manager.
- Handle client-facing meetings and communication.
- Join the team for domestic and international conferences, seminars, events, and trade shows.
- Track team growth and performance across other cities and locations.
- Coordinate and complete office reel shoots.
- Represent Osumare at events and external engagements.
- Welcome and attend to office visitors and clients.
- Support campus drives for hiring.
- Serve as a personal assistant to the director.
Who can apply
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to begin between 8 Jul 2026 and 12 Aug 2026, and commit to the full 6-month duration. Additional requirements
Candidates with a background in psychology and human resources, mass media and communication, or journalism will be preferred.
