Internship Overview

AsiaDirect seeks an enthusiastic and versatile intern to join as a part-time Digital Marketing & Sales Intern. This role offers a hybrid mix of creative digital marketing tasks and direct sales outreach activities designed to help enhance the company's business pipeline.

Work Schedule and Location

• Work Hours: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (total of 15 hours per week)
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India; on-site role

Primary Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media visuals using Canva and edit short-form videos such as Reels and TikToks via CapCut.
• Develop and execute email marketing efforts including drafting newsletters, setting up campaigns, and monitoring open and click rates.
• Perform targeted cold calling to potential leads during afternoon hours to schedule appointments or introduce services.
• Manage social media accounts by posting daily content and responding promptly to comments and direct messages.
• Track and update lead information and call outcomes using simple CRM tools or spreadsheets.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a college or university degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Must be available Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM without exception.
• Strong verbal and written English communication abilities, including confident telephone skills.
• Basic familiarity with creative tools such as Canva and video editing software.
• Proactive mindset with resilience to handle cold outreach objections and eagerness to learn sales techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

• This internship offers a stipend ranging between INR 5,000 to 9,000 per month.
