About the internship
Escape Plan is looking for a content and social media marketing intern to help shape its online voice and support growth across digital channels. Escape Plan positions itself as a travel-focused consumer goods brand backed by Fireside Ventures, Jungle Ventures, and Indigo Ventures, with more than $30M raised in 8 months, a current ARR of 350 Cr+, and a team of 40+ people. The company is also the exclusive travel, luggage, and accessories partner for Rare Rabbit and HRX by Hrithik Roshan, with additional partnerships in the pipeline.
What you will do
- Plan and execute social media campaigns that build brand visibility and boost engagement.
- Create, manage, and grow content for the company’s Instagram presence.
- Review, edit, and proofread content to keep it accurate and consistent.
- Work with the team to develop ideas and turn them into publishable content.
- Design social graphics using Canva and related creative tools.
- Track content and social media performance, then use insights to improve results.
- Keep up with current trends and platform best practices so the brand content stays fresh and relevant.
Who can apply
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to begin between 8 July 2026 and 12 August 2026, and commit to a 3-month duration. Candidates should already have relevant skills and a strong interest in content and social media marketing. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.
Other requirements
- You should be highly active online and able to spot trends early.
- Basic video and creative editing ability is needed, especially with tools such as CapCut, Reels, or Canva.
- Strong meme sense and solid written communication are important.
- The role is based in Bengaluru.
- Experience managing a personal page or brand page will be considered an advantage.
