About the Role
This internship entails growing and managing Material Depot's network of site auditors and installation experts specializing in wallpapers and wooden flooring within Bangalore. Interns will conduct comprehensive field research, identify qualified service contractors, and facilitate partner acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute mapping of the market and conduct outreach to onboard reliable site auditors and installation service providers.
- Communicate clearly the company's service offerings, quality benchmarks, earning potential, and future prospects to potential partners.
- Handle the complete onboarding cycle for partners, including lead sourcing, vetting, documentation, training, certification, and activation.
- Arrange and oversee training sessions, evaluate skills, and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures to assure partner readiness.
- Track partner performance indicators, recruitment statistics, utilization rates, and supply availability, maintaining detailed operational dashboards.
- Coordinate with store, customer support, and operations teams to guarantee sufficient service capacity and timely audit and installation completions.
- Foster enduring partnerships by addressing operational challenges, promoting engagement, ensuring quality control, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
