About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Workshop Coordinator to optimize maintenance operations for our diverse equipment fleet, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This is a critical position aimed at boosting the performance of our fleet including generators, air compressors, tower lights, forklifts, telehandlers, and additional construction machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop activities and schedule maintenance to keep our premium fleet in optimal condition.
- Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime.
- Oversee work order management, spare parts logistics, and maintain a well-organized parts inventory.
- Utilize ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle to monitor assets, record maintenance data, and optimize workflows.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 3 to 5 or more years of coordination experience in sectors such as plant hire, equipment rental, or construction machinery.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of workshop processes, heavy machinery upkeep, and parts management.
- Comfortable using enterprise ERP systems including NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar software.
- Exhibit excellent communication and organizational capabilities to effectively liaise between technicians, suppliers, and senior management.
