About the Role

APA Group invites applications for the position of Workplace Concierge within their Procurement, Property and Projects team based in Perth CBD. This permanent full-time position reports to the National Workplace Manager and focuses on delivering a welcoming, supportive, and efficient workplace environment for employees, visitors, and stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, warmly greeting all employees, visitors, and external partners with professionalism.
  • Organize meeting room bookings, catering services, and manage daily workplace operations seamlessly.
  • Facilitate on-site meetings, events, and workplace engagement activities.
  • Handle incoming communications including telephone calls, mail, and deliveries with efficiency and strict confidentiality.
  • Provide on-site assistance for workplace and facilities management tasks.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the workplace experience and support ongoing process enhancements.

Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in front-of-house, workplace concierge, or client-facing roles within corporate or professional environments.
  • Strong dedication to excellent customer service and fostering positive experiences.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Effective communicator skilled at building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive continuous improvement.
  • Professionalism, reliability, adaptability, and keen attention to detail.
