Role Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive Workforce Administration Officer to join our team at the Middle Swan Residential Care facility. This role supports the delivery of quality care through workforce planning, rostering, recruitment administration, and general workforce assistance to ensure reliable and consistent resident care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain fortnightly staff rosters using the RostCare rostering system.
  • Identify and address staffing gaps promptly to maintain appropriate workforce coverage and skill balance.
  • Detect workforce shortages early and support timely solutions to ensure fully staffed rosters while minimizing reliance on agency staff and overtime.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce compliance activities to uphold a capable and compliant team.
  • Provide reliable administrative support contributing to smooth daily operations at the site.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in workforce coordination, rostering, administration, or a similar function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer skills.
  • Excellent organisational ability with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in building positive relationships at all levels.
