About Nscale

Nscale offers a GPU cloud platform tailored for AI applications, delivering cost-efficient, high-performance infrastructure supporting both startups and large enterprises. The company simplifies AI development complexity, enhancing technical capabilities and driving strategic outcomes such as cost control, innovation acceleration, and environmental stewardship.

At Nscale, we foster a culture centered on consistent innovation, ownership, and accountability, encouraging every team member to pursue excellence and transparency. Joining our team means contributing to pioneering technology that shapes the future.

Role Overview

We seek a Workflow Builder responsible for integrating data, models, and workflows that support diverse functions at Nscale including Infrastructure, Product, Finance, Commercial, People, and Operations. This role involves crafting a data operating system and architecture, planning the roadmap aligned to business priorities, and developing solutions within product suites such as Palantir Foundry. You will enable data-driven decision-making across the organization by tailoring workflows from multiple inputs and collaborating effectively from C-suite leadership to factory teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the enterprise roadmap for internal data and application platforms, aligning with business priorities and product goals.
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle from identification of use cases to design, development, and implementation.
  • Transform exploratory or partner-built solutions into fully operational, internally supported systems.
  • Contribute to the Palantir Center of Excellence by overseeing platform engineering, access control, user support and partnering with vendors for ongoing enhancements.
  • Implement standards for data ingestion, pipeline orchestration, semantic modeling, and inter-system interoperability.
  • Govern canonical data models and ontologies, managing schema changes in line with business objectives.
  • Enforce best practices in dataset handling, version control, code review, and maintain reproducible AI workflows.
  • Design and maintain secure identity and permission frameworks including RBAC, restricted views, and integration with enterprise identity systems.
  • Integrate data across development, production, and operational systems to build a unified AI data fabric that supports real-time analytics.
  • Develop feedback mechanisms from AI deployments to monitor performance and operational readiness.
  • Create tools and data products that enhance team efficiency, output quality, and decision processes.
  • Drive platform adoption through onboarding, training, documentation, and enable safe self-service development practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 5 years of data engineering experience in dynamic and diverse environments across industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with deploying and developing applications using Palantir Foundry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control platforms.
  • Successful track record of converting ambiguous problems into well-defined, adopted products and solutions.
  • Motivation to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth company environment.

Benefits and Workplace Culture

  • Competitive compensation package including base salary and equity with annual reviews.
  • Opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding high-tech startup, collaborating with talented professionals on advanced AI projects.
  • Dynamic career development plan allowing you to experiment, lead initiatives, and impact the company’s trajectory.
  • Flexible work culture focused on balancing professional responsibilities with personal life, built on trust and autonomy.

Nscale actively encourages applications from diverse groups including racial minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, neurodivergent candidates, caregivers, and persons from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds.
