Wholesale Section Manager

Job Overview

The role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, under Highest Talent Ltd, and involves managing the wholesale section within the sales department. Reporting directly to the Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager, the Wholesale Section Manager's key responsibilities revolve around achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and overseeing payment collections.

Key Duties

• Market and sell company products to wholesale clients following approved sales strategies and policies.
• Regularly visit assigned wholesale customers to nurture and expand business relationships.
• Meet designated sales goals, distribution milestones, and payment collection objectives.
• Handle customer orders ensuring accuracy and liaise with internal departments for timely delivery.
• Collect payments as per company credit and collection guidelines and follow up on outstanding payments with coordination from the Finance team.
• Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor movements and provide reports to management.
• Address customer complaints professionally and engage supervisors for resolution as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or an equivalent discipline or possesses relevant experience.
• Proven background in wholesale or traditional trade sales.
• Effective communication skills to interact confidently with customers.
• Established robust relationships with wholesalers in the Western region of Saudi Arabia.

Compensation and Incentives

The salary is 6500 Saudi Riyals monthly, with additional incentives of 3000 Saudi Riyals monthly based on the achievement of key performance indicators.
