Position Overview

This full-time role is situated onsite, requiring a hybrid presence with a minimum of three working days at the office weekly. The Web Designer will craft visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet client requirements and maintain brand consistency. Responsibilities include creating wireframes and mockups, developing responsive layouts, cooperating with developers to implement front-end elements, and optimizing designs for performance and accessibility. Managing and updating existing websites also forms part of the role. The designer will be involved in client discussions for requirement gathering, advising on design solutions, and aiding ongoing improvements to design methodologies.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in web and responsive design focused on modern, user-centric interfaces.
• Proficient in graphic design and creation, skilled with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Experience in front-end development including HTML, CSS, and foundational JavaScript to refine and execute designs.
• Knowledge of usability, accessibility standards, and ensuring cross-browser support.
• A professional portfolio showcasing web and graphic design projects.
• Strong collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams and clear client communication.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management capabilities, and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
