Water Delivery Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Water Delivery Technician to join our team at Culligan's Service Centre in Haydock. This position involves delivering bottled water containers to various customer locations, installing and sanitizing water coolers, and collecting equipment and empty bottles from clients to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure readiness and safety.
• Deliver multiple 20kg water containers to various customer sites following a scheduled route.
• Sanitize, exchange, and install bottled water coolers safely and effectively.
• Engage professionally with customers to understand their requirements and provide exceptional service.
• Play an essential part in facilitating the smooth operations of the Service Centre.
• Record all sanitization and delivery tasks accurately using a handheld device.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a full, valid driving license with no more than 6 penalty points, excluding any for dangerous or careless driving.
• At least two years of driving experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with customers.
• Capability to adhere to scheduled timed deliveries and work efficiently under time constraints.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
