Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire warehouse operation including inbound and outbound logistics.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via systematic stock controls and regular cycle counts.
• Manage transportation schedules, delivery logistics, collections, and collaborations with third-party logistics partners.
• Enhance warehouse layout and processes to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Track performance metrics through KPIs and comprehensive reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the warehouse staff.
• Ensure full adherence to health, safety, and corporate compliance standards.
• Address operational challenges swiftly while upholding excellent customer service.
• Contribute to IT asset management, onboarding, and the maintenance of operational equipment as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to support and scale OSW’s German operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing warehouse, logistics, or operations teams.
• Strong leadership capabilities and effective team management skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP software.
• Excellent organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse safety and regulatory compliance.
• Possession of a forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in renewable energy or solar sectors is beneficial but not a requirement.
