Warehouse Manager

About the Role

Elan's Daughter is a rapidly expanding, family-owned women's fashion label famed for its dynamic live shopping events. We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our daily warehouse activities in Miami. This hands-on role emphasizes accountability for inventory control, order fulfillment, and the smooth functioning of warehouse processes within a close-knit, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse functions maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Manage receipt, organization, and processing of incoming stock.
• Sort inventory accurately by style, color, and size, keeping bin locations precise.
• Label and prepare product samples aligning with company guidelines.
• Handle Random Pull inventory and general warehouse tidiness.
• Monitor supply levels and alert management when replenishment is needed.
• Utilize Winventory, the proprietary inventory software, to maintain precise records.
• Execute inventory counts, adjustments, and cycle counts, and manage Excel spreadsheets and CSV files.
• Identify and resolve inventory inconsistencies.
• Oversee shipping and order fulfillment; ensure correct packing slips and shipping labels are prepared by 9:00 AM.
• Handle and verify large customer orders and investigate missing items before escalating.
• Open incoming packages, restock supplies, and maintain organized workstations.
• Fulfill daily opening and closing warehouse duties.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment roles.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational focus and attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in apparel, retail, fashion, or e-commerce sectors.
• Familiarity with warehouse or inventory management software.
• Previous supervisory or leadership warehouse experience.

Work Schedule and Conditions

• Full-time, on-site work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
• Vacation requests need at least two weeks' advance notice; shorter absences require one week's notice.
