Warehouse Inventory Clerk

Position Overview

The Warehouse Inventory Clerk plays an essential role in conducting precise inventory counts and preparing reports to support the Warehouse Department in efficiently fulfilling orders. This entry-level role reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and involves managing inventory for both Caribbean Bottling Company (CBC) and Caribbean Wines & Spirits (CWS).

Key Duties

• Assist with overseeing inventory for CBC and CWS to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Regularly monitor stock to guarantee fulfillment of all customer orders.
• Perform daily inventory counts and generate corresponding reports.
• Verify system invoices, ensuring proper authorization and accuracy.
• Complete finalization of Warehouse invoices for dispatched goods.
• Implement and monitor FEFO (First Expiry First Out) compliance in requests and maintain a FEFO log for auditing purposes.
• Compile weekly Expiration Reports and daily Out of Stock Reports to distribute to management.
• Keep detailed and precise records of all items shipped from the warehouse.
• Perform additional tasks as delegated by management.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Passes in BGCSE subjects including Mathematics and English.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a comparable warehouse or inventory role.
• Physical capability to lift, push, and pull weights of 50 pounds or more.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with team and management.
• Ability to remain composed and meet strict deadlines in high-pressure situations.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting tasks.
