Role Summary
The Warehouse Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting departmental filing and facilitating the accurate, timely shipment of goods to international warehouses, partners, and end customers. This position operates under the oversight of the Logistics Manager, performing tasks that bridge office and warehouse settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily filing requirements for the logistics department efficiently.
- Prepare export shipments using parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and OHL as well as freight forwarders.
- Maintain compliance with hazardous materials export regulations, especially handling lithium shipments.
- Generate and manage export documentation to guarantee international shipments are delivered promptly.
- Work across both office and warehouse environments as part of daily duties.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse shipping operations.
- Experience working with global logistics is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of filing systems and procedures.
- Familiarity and practical skills with Oracle software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Exceptional organization, a detail-oriented mindset, and ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
- Capability to operate effectively under pressure in dynamic and unstructured environments.
- Multitasking competence and strong follow-through to maintain high work quality.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.
