Warehouse Assistant

Job Overview

A well-established Australian skincare brand focused on natural and gentle personal care products is looking for a dependable Warehouse Assistant to join their team in Burleigh Heads. This position offers a full-time, long-term opportunity with shifts from Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Select items from shelving or pallets according to order sheets with accuracy to minimize errors
• Securely pack products to prevent damage in transit
• Correctly label packages with relevant shipping details
• Efficiently use packing materials to reduce waste and control costs
• Meet and strive to surpass established key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Keep the warehouse and packing areas tidy and well-organized
• Support inventory management, including participation in occasional stocktakes
• Coordinate with team members to prioritize and fulfill orders on time
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols to avoid accidents

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driver's license and dependable personal transport
• Previous experience working in warehouse settings
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Dependable and punctual work ethic
