Position Objective

Responsible for preparing the dining area before service begins and ensuring it remains clean, organized, and fresh throughout operations, alongside serving guests effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning the restaurant in the morning prior to service.
• Thoroughly clean all service utensils before each service period.
• Support the captain waiter during restaurant setup tasks.
• Maintain a neat and hygienic personal appearance at all times.
• Help the captain waiter prepare mise en place.
• Transport food items from the kitchen to the dining area.
• Assist the captain waiter by placing food plates on customers' tables.
• Replace ashtrays and replenish customers' glasses with water during service.
• Clear tables after meals and clean them properly.
• Carry all used plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
• Operate under the guidance of the captain waiter, following their instructions diligently.
