Job Overview
United Technology, a software development firm located in Coimbatore, is seeking a skilled VTL Operator with experience ranging from one to five years to join their team.
Primary Duties
- Operate machine panel board keys efficiently with knowledge of G-Code and M-Code programming.
- Perform routine checks on lubricant oil and coolant oil levels to maintain machinery.
- Work with FANUC control systems as well as act as CNC/VMC machine operator and setter.
- Handle tool insertions and changes during operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold an ITI certification in any specialization, or a B.Tech/B.E. degree in any field, or a diploma in any specialization.
- Demonstrated expertise in CNC programming, CNC milling, and operating Fanuc control machines.
- Experience working with VMC machines, VTLs, turning centers, and CNC turning processes.
