About the Role
Find Way Consultant is seeking an enthusiastic and client-oriented Telecaller / Visa Counsellor to become part of our dedicated team in Chandigarh. This role involves engaging with clients through phone communication to provide guidance and support regarding various visa categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both incoming and outgoing calls effectively.
- Provide expert counselling to clients on different visa types including study, work, tourist, and permanent residency options.
- Convert prospective leads into finalized visa application submissions.
