Role Overview
As a Video & Visual Content Designer, you will be integral to producing compelling visual narratives that showcase our artists' stories. This role combines artistic design, hands-on production, and collaboration with artists, requiring execution of client shoot projects that enhance fan engagement via digital channels. It demands close partnership with leadership, creative, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with each artist’s brand identity and campaign objectives, involving frequent travel within Los Angeles for on-site shoots, sometimes beyond conventional working hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce and deliver short-form videos, photographs, and various visual content on-location with artists and clients.
- Collaborate with artists, their management, and internal teams to conceptualize and execute on-brand visual materials.
- Create digital assets including animations, visualizers, tour graphics, etc.
- Design graphics and develop basic motion graphics or animations to support marketing and social campaigns.
- Maintain structured organization of assets with proper naming and delivery standards.
- Optimize visuals for digital platforms and social media.
- Stay informed on current design trends, camera technologies, and software tools.
- Coordinate travel plans, shoot logistics, and deadlines with the internal team.
- Exemplify professionalism on-site to ensure smooth experiences for artists and clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Based in Los Angeles with ability for frequent travel and on-site shoot availability including occasional events outside LA.
- Advance notice (30 days) for time off requests or unavailability for on-site work, adhering to time off policies.
- Established background in content creation, photography, and videography, preferably in the music or entertainment sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant editing programs.
- Demonstrable creative portfolio displaying both static and dynamic work.
- Strong passion for music, entertainment, and visual storytelling.
- Capability to work remotely and onsite, owning personal computer and smartphone with reliable high-speed internet.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as required by events or activations.
