Role Overview
Positioned in Shkodër, Albania, this full-time onsite role focuses on video editing tasks centered around social media, website content, and marketing campaigns. The Video Editor is expected to assemble raw video materials, perform color correction and grading, incorporate motion graphics, and adapt videos to different platform requirements. Collaboration with creative and marketing teams is vital, contributing to idea generation and ensuring projects meet brand standards and deadlines. Managing file organization, version tracking, and export configurations is key to maintaining a streamlined production process.
Responsibilities
- Edit and compile video footage tailored for social media, website, and promotional campaigns.
- Apply detailed color correction and color grading to enhance visual consistency and appeal.
- Integrate motion graphics and visual effects such as titles and overlays to enrich content.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing and creative departments to align videos with project objectives.
- Organize files systematically, maintain version control, and ensure optimal export quality for various platforms.
Qualifications
- Expertise in video editing and production, especially for digital marketing campaigns and social platforms.
- Skills in video color grading for maintaining cohesive visual themes.
- Experience designing and implementing motion graphics and other video-related graphics.
- Proficient with industry tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable software.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, respect brand guidelines, and collaborate across teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent time management for handling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Formal education or training in film, media production, design, or similar disciplines is advantageous.
- A portfolio or showreel showcasing prior work in video editing and motion graphics.
