About the Role
Join a fast-expanding, purpose-driven consumer packaged goods organization as the Vice President of Operations, guiding North American operations during a vibrant growth phase. This senior role encompasses overseeing the entire supply chain landscape—from Sales & Operations Planning to logistics and commercialization—while empowering a skilled team of supply chain specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct comprehensive supply chain and operational strategies across North America.
- Manage the Sales & Operations Planning process, aligning demand, inventory, and service objectives.
- Cultivate and develop high-performing operations teams to enhance organizational capability.
- Streamline logistics, manufacturing, supplier relations, and third-party logistics networks.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executive management for seamless operations.
- Establish scalable operational infrastructure to support sustained growth.
Qualifications
- Over ten years in progressive leadership roles within Operations and Supply Chain specifically in FMCG/CPG sectors.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in S&OP, planning, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience in leading teams and building organizational capabilities.
- A strategic thinker capable of delivering results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with a background in interfacing with global teams.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid role based in New York City, requiring presence on-site at least two days per week.
