Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Vehicle Detailer based at Brisbane Airport, working 38 hours weekly. This role is vital to maintaining fleet presentation and contributing to smooth daily rental operations, ensuring vehicles meet SIXT's high standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicles in immaculate condition while providing professional and friendly service to customers.
• Efficiently clean, inspect, and prepare vehicles to keep the rental fleet ready and available.
• Collaborate actively with team members and communicate effectively to support daily operations.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, promptly reporting any hazards or equipment issues to ensure workplace safety.
• Follow company procedures and compliance standards meticulously, demonstrating honesty and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, adapting to busy periods to maintain operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven time management skills to work rapidly and efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising quality or compliance.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule between 6am and midnight, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Possession of a current provisional or full driver’s license and legal work eligibility in Australia.

Additional Requirements

Successful candidates must complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing.

• Starting wage of $29.25 per hour plus applicable penalty shift loadings and monthly incentives.
